Book a Field Trip

Ready to book your 2024 Pumpkin Patch Field Trip? The Field Trip dates, times and available tickets are listed below. The Field Trip activities require about 2 hours, this does not include time for a snack or lunch. Tickets for each date & time are capacity controlled. If you do not find the number of tickets needed, choose another date and time where there is availability for the group. 

Book as many tickets as you need to include all of the participants in your group. This includes Teachers, Chaperones, Adults, Students and Siblings. If you book multiple arrival times, your group may arrive together (at first booked time); however, finish time for the multiple groups will be different. Teachers and parents are responsible for the control of the children during the Field Trips. 

If your groups is booking multiple arrival times, you will be making multiple reservation orders and payments.

NOTE: When using the booking form, all areas with * are required fields.

 

New for 2024 Field Trip Season:

  • Tickets for Field trips are for ALL participants, Teachers, Chaperones, Adults, Students and Siblings. For each ticket purchased a minimum of 1 adult participant is needed for every 9 students and siblings.

  • Ticket includes for each participant: 

    • 1 Field Trip size Orange Pumpkin

    • 1 Cow Train Ride

    • Time in the PlayZone

    • Table(s) for group

  • Optional activities are available. See pricing in booking form. 

    • Face Painting

    • Milo Maze 

  • Adults & Children, NON-TICKETED will NOT receive: 

    • Field Trip size Orange Pumpkin

    • Ride on the Cow Train

    • Do NOT include the NON-TICKETED people in the ticket count. ADD the NON-TICKETED into the NON-TICKETED section in the booking form.

  • No discounts or refunds will be issued for fewer participants.

 

Recommendations for 2024 Field Trip Season:

  • Bobby Dazzler’s Pumpkin Patch is a working farm. Dress appropriately for being outdoors. Wear closed toe shoes. Recommend wearing a hat. A jacket may be wanted for cool mornings.

  • Bring drinking water and/or snacks. We do not have drinking fountains or water bottle filling stations.

  • Each school will be provided table(s) to use for up to 2 hours during Field Trip.

  • Have your Adult and Students/Sibling groups determined before arrival. Each ticketed group has a maximum capacity of 20 people, requiring 2 Adults to 18 Students/Siblings and will receive a specific color wristband to correspond with the timed activities. Wristbands for your paid event can be picked up Monday - Friday, 1 pm to 6 pm for your pre-paid event, 1 week prior to your event. If not picked up prior to the event, the wristbands will be disbursed upon arrival at Bobby Dazzler's Pumpkin Patch.

  • Teachers and Adults are responsible for the adherence to rules and the appropriate behavior of the Students and Siblings during the field trips.

  • Please tidy up before leaving, placing trash and recyclables into appropriate bins.

  • Read activity guidelines prior to booking your tickets.
